To qualify for a return, products must be:

• In original condition
• In the original packaging

Non-returnable items

• Final sale items
• Products damaged by misuse or improper handling
• Items returned without original packaging

How to start a return

2. Wait for approval — our team will review your request and send return instructions within 1 business day.
3. Ship the item back — once approved, send the item to the return address provided by our team.

• If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
• For all other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
