Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visits to and purchases from the Be Safe Safety website, operated by Be Safe Safety, Stuifzandstraat 5A, 9900 Eeklo, Belgium. By browsing the website, creating an account, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

Prices are shown in euros; whether they include VAT is indicated at checkout or on your quote. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors before acceptance — in that case you may cancel the affected order free of charge.

Quotes issued through the website or by our team are valid for the period stated on the quote (30 days unless stated otherwise) and may be subject to specific commercial conditions. Payment is due through the methods offered at checkout or the terms agreed on your quote.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery times and costs are communicated at checkout or on your quote and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Please check your shipment on arrival and report visible transport damage to us within 48 hours. Delivery details for bulk or freight orders are coordinated by our team after the order or quote is confirmed.

Returns and refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, in their original condition and packaging, in line with our returns policy published on this website. Custom, made-to-order, and final-sale items cannot be returned. If a return is due to our error or a defective product, we cover the return shipping; otherwise return costs are borne by the customer. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Consumers in the EU retain any statutory withdrawal rights that apply to them.

Product information

We take care to describe products, specifications, certifications, and load ratings accurately, based on manufacturer information. Images are illustrative and may differ from the delivered product. Safety equipment must always be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable regulations; it is your responsibility to verify that a product is suitable for your specific application before use.
